1st session- Functional Range Assessment: This assessment will allow me to determine any limitations you have in order to create a program individual to your unique situation and body.
2nd session- Joint Articulations: I will teach you joint full range of motion. This will help you improve joint range of motion and health.
3rd session- Training Program: We will begin your program!
