What sets me apart?

Most trainers are trained to prescribe exercises.

My background is heavily focused on assessment.

Before deciding what to do, I look at how individual joints move, where limitations exist, how the body may be compensating, and whether movement restrictions could be contributing to pain, stiffness, or recurring issues.

This allows me to create a more individualized approach rather than giving the same exercises to everyone.

My training includes Functional Range Assessment (FRA), Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), Internal Strength Model (ISM), Stick Mobility, Functional Soft Tissue Transformation (FSTT), and over two decades of experience helping people improve how they move.

Every client is different. My goal is to understand what is unique about your body and build a plan around that.

My Movement Philosophy

I don’t believe movement should be reduced to simply chasing symptoms, stretching tight muscles, or collecting exercises.

My approach starts with understanding how a person moves. I look at things like joint motion, control, strength, compensations, movement habits, and the specific demands of their life and activities.

Pain, stiffness, and movement limitations are often more complex than a single weak muscle or tight area. For that reason, I believe assessment comes first. Before trying to change something, I want to understand what is actually happening.

My goal is to help people better understand their bodies, improve movement options, build strength and control where it is needed, and develop greater confidence in how they move.

Rather than relying on quick fixes, I focus on building long-term movement capacity. The aim is not simply to feel better today, but to create lasting improvements in function, resilience, and overall quality of movement.
